Delegation is the assignment of authority and responsibility to another person to carry out specific activities. However the person who delegated the work remains accountable for the outcome of the delegate work. It allows a subordinate to make decisions, i.e. it is a shift of decision-making authority from one organizational level to a lower one. Delegation, if properly done, is not abdication. The opposite of effective delegation is micromanagement, where a manager provides too much input, direction, and review of 'delegated' work.
Most professionals fear delegating tasks to temporary workers or they feel the need to micromanage the temporary worker which in effect removes the benefit of delegation.
Gittel on the Go removes this fear and eradicates the need for micromanagement. Gittels are capable of supporting CEO level executives and can be sent to a client on a moments notice. Gittels are efficient, intelligent, and positive. Failure is not in a gittel's vocabulary.
Every client that has worked with a gittel in 2007 has asked to work with that same gittel time and again when they need them.
Wouldn't it be excellent to know that you do indeed have an executive assistant at your beck and call only they're not on your payroll. They are on Gittel on the Go's payroll.
Call for your gittel today!
